Tele-Town for rural and urban areas, which explores and supports new ways of life and measures of livelihood within the Information Society.The economic effects of telework will be analysed in some details.

A key feature of the Tele-Town is the "Business Exchange" - a shared neighbourhood office for teleworkers plus a printing for information dissementation and exchange plus training. The plan integrates very high new technologies within a settlement also featuring environmentally sensitive facilities.
