Forum), a point of expertise on teleworking and
telematics in small businesses and tourism, design
of telematics for regional governments and major
corporations.

involved for more than a decade in telematics
programme development.

1980, he has anticipated the relation between
Telematics and City Planning by developing the
Dartington Model of a Community for the Future (published
by the Dartington Hall Trust in 1980), a description
of a model tele-village based on the principles of
