Walter Siembab is a strategic communication s plannner. Current projects of Siembab Planning Associates include the Telework Facilities Excahnge, the Blue Line Televillage, and the Southeast Los Angeles County Teleconferencing Network. Mr. Siembab is also the tlecommunications policy adviser to the City of San Diego. He has recently served as Director of both the Telecommunications Education Project and the Telecommunications for Clean air program of the Institute for Local Self Government. He has degrees in mathematics, urban economics and urban planning.
